At BigShotModz we want to bring the highest quality products to the consumer, and at the same time make you aware of our company policy in order to avoid any misunderstanding to insure 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Below is a list of issues we decided to address.

Shipping & Delivery
WHAT IS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND DO YOU USE IT?
Delivery confirmation is a service that requires you to sign for all items received via mail. It is NOT REQUIRED but is available for all controllers for an additional fee. This means you will need to sign for your package in order to receive it.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
We offer an expedited assembly service which can be added to all controller orders. This service means your order will be assembled within 24 hours of placing your order. Our primary shipping method is USPS. Once an order is placed, you will receive a tracking number from PayPal confirming it has been shipped. We offer shipping insurance on all of our controllers for an additional fee. If your package is lost in transit, shipping insurance will guarantee your item will be replaced or the money refunded to you. Without shipping insurance, any package that is lost while in transit will NOT be replaced by Big Shot Modz.
Privacy & Security
We collect non-personally identifiable information about you in a number of ways, including tracking your activities through your IP address, computer settings or most recently visited URL. We may also ask you to provide certain non-personally identifiable information about yourself, such as your age, household income, buying preferences, etc. We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to us, by, for example, filling out a survey or registration form. The types of information that may be requested include your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.
Warranty
All controllers come standard with a 60 day warranty (this doesn’t include the replacement of thumb sticks). The extended warranty is for 12 months. Please keep in mind that the extended warranty only covers the modifications. It doesn’t cover the wear and tear on the controllers. However, if something was to go wrong we will be more than happy to repair it for you (for an additional charge). No warranty can be added to an order once the product has been tracked as a delivered package. *Please note that all controllers come with a void if broken seal on the back of our controllers. If for any reason this seal is broken or the controller has been tampered with your warranty is no longer valid.
Returns & Replacements
To return an item you will need to contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. Any items returned WITHOUT a return authorization number will be shipped back immediately. We have a 7 day money back guaranteed policy on ALL QUALIFIED controllers. The controller will have to be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. There will be a 30% restocking fee plus shipping cost on all refunded purchases. The following items are NON REFUNDABLE: Controllers with an “EXCLUSIVE ADD-ON” can’t be refunded under ANY circumstances. Exclusive add-ons are any modifications EXCEPT rapid fire.

Repairs
If you wish to send an item back for repair you MUST have a return authorization number. Any items returned WITHOUT a return authorization number will be shipped back immediately. Once you send an item in for repairs it will be tested and we will contact you if a payment is needed. If for some reason you receive a defective item please contact us IMMEDIATELY.
Insurance on Packages
All customers have the option of adding insurance and or signature required for an additional cost. If you choose not to purchase the additional services BigShotModz is not responsible for any lost packages or damaged packages.
